SHIPPING & RETURNS
PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER
Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number. We ship our products through the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS anywhere within the continental United States.
• $7 FLAT FEE SHIPPING applies to any order under $75.
• FREE SHIPPING will be automatically applied at checkout for orders over $75.
• LOCAL PICKUP is optional for clients in New York City. Local pickup is available WEDNESDAYS and SATURDAYS at City Saucery's stand at Union Square Greenmarket from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a pickup request and if you have questions about your pickup. We might ask for a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order. Market days are available in our Market Calendar. Dates are subject to change.

We currently do not ship our products outside the continental United States.
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on food products, gift cards or sale items. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
SPECIAL OFFERS & SALES:
• Promotional discounts are only available while supplies last. A limited quantity of promotional discounts are available per item. If supplies are still available after all of the promotional discounts have been used, customers may purchase the item at its regular price.
• Orders must be placed before expiration to receive the promotional discount.
• Promotional discounts are good only for specific products featured.
Customers can create personal accounts and log in at any time to manage their information and view orders. This can be done during checkout or by using the Sign In link in the top navigation menu.
At checkout, check the box "Create an account for faster checkout" and create a password for your new account.

At any time, click on "Sign In" at the top navigation on our website. When prompted, create a new account with a password (just below the SIGN IN button).
After creating their account, customers will receive a Welcome email.
Once logged in, customers can click the My Account link to:
View their orders
Add and update billing information
Add and update shipping addresses
Update their name or password
City Saucery's monthly SauceScription Service is a monthly home-delivery shipment of sauces. Each shipment includes: one (1) jar of our signature organic tomato sauce and one (1) jar of our seasonal sauce made with unique, farm fresh ingredients sourced locally. It also includes a recipe card and tips from Nonna herself. Seasonal sauces vary on a monthly basis and may include additional add-ons.
Service offered in consecutive monthly periods of 3-MONTH, 6-MONTH and 12-MONTH.
A one-time payment is required, and is only applicable for the time period purchased. Once the subscription period ends, it will NOT automatically renew and payment card will not be charged again. In order to renew the SauceScription, customer must add it to the cart and go through the checkout process. The creation of a personal account in our website allows for easier reordering and is completely optional.
Boxes ship out the first two weeks of each calendar month. If order is placed after the cutoff-date, service will start the following calendar month.
GIFT ORDERS: Will require recipients’ contact information. GIFT MESSAGES can be added before the checkout page.
