Salsa Skillet Chicken
1 jar Ugly Salsa
1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut into long, thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste
Whole wheat tortillas or rice
Sour cream or Greek yogurt
Chopped fresh cilantro
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper on both sides and add to pan. Cook about 4-5 minutes on each side, until chicken is cooked through.
Turn off the heat, top with Ugly Salsa and stir to combine.
Serve the salsa chicken in whole wheat wraps or with a side of rice. Add your favorite toppings!
