Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta back to the pot and cook according to pasta box instructions (preferably al dente for bite). Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
Add the spicy Tomato 'Nduja and half a jar of Nonna's Sweet Veggie Sauce (or the whole jar, we won't judge!) and mix until totally mixed and completely saucy. (Add pasta water if needed.)
