Saucy Shells



1 lb shell pasta
3 tbsp spicy Tomato 'Nduja
1/2 jar
Ugly Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup pasta water, if needed
sea salt


Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta back to the pot and cook according to pasta box instructions (preferably al dente for bite).  Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.

Add the spicy Tomato 'Nduja and half a jar of the Ugly Tomato Sauce Sauce (or the whole jar, we won't judge!) and mix until totally covered and completely saucy. (Add pasta water if needed.)


This dish only takes 20 minutes to make because of the sauces that have already been handcrafted to perfection by us. Using shell pasta is ideal because it naturally grabs nice hunky chunks of our thick spicy Tomato ‘Nduja. No need to garnish this saucy dish with fresh herbs (although we won’t judge you if you do!) because they’re already in there. It’s a great go-to for quick and delicious meals at home or for dinner parties with family and friends. This is definitely a crowd pleaser. Enjoy!
