Have you guys been loving the NEW sauces we're bringing to Greenmarket every week? I know I do otherwise I wouldn't jar them. That said, I'd love to hear what you're cooking up at home with any of our sauces. I have a few customers who send me recipes from time to time (you know who you are) BUT I would love to hear from a lot more of you. Send me some recipes, please! 

This week, I wanted to feature one of my favorite Spring vegetables: artichokes. Whether you stuff, stew or fry em (which is pretty much how my parents would always cook them up for us), this vegetable is absolutely delish and unique. I usually compare artichokes to chicken fingers or just finger food in general because like all finger foods you eat them with your hands and it's kinda sloppy and kinda fun all at once. Party!  Today's recipe features a crispy breadcrumb topping tossed with our spicy Tomato 'Nduja. This dish is perfect as either a side for any holiday dinners coming up or as a meal all on its very own. Truly, I've had it as a main dish along with some chilled white wine and it was light, delicious and very satisfying!  

The tasty twist with this recipe is using our spicy Tomato 'Nduja for heat and depth of flavor. Tomato 'Nduja pairs beautifully with veggies in general as you all know but somehow it tastes as though it was meant to be tossed with crispy bread crumbs and plopped down on a plate of artichokes. Or, is it just me? Maybe it's just the Spring air! Whatever the reason may be, our spicy vegan Tomato 'Nduja, truly is an 'everything sauce.' Put it on everything! EVEN ARTICHOKES!!
