I was born in Brooklyn and raised by two Italian immigrants. My mom and dad come from Calabria, one of the oldest Italian regions. When they emigrated to the USA in 1973, they brought with them age-old knowledge & traditions on how to grow, source & preserve from the land around them. This same philosophy is the heart of City Saucery. I am so grateful & thrilled for the opportunity to showcase our handcrafted product line with the American marketplace at this year's Summer Fancy Food Show, the largest specialty food trade show in the US made possible by the NYCEDC .
